2024-25School year - Registration opens February 1, 2024, at 8:00 a.m.

Any registrations started prior to that date will bedeleted and removed from the system.

Families already enrolled at MASD:

Families can start the registration process by visiting theInfinite Campus parent portal.

NEW families to district enrollment process:

If you move into our school district or already live in our school district and attend a private school, you may enroll your child at any time by completing the following steps.

Step 1 – Online registration

Click on the Online School Registration icon above.If you have questions or need assistance completing the online registration process, please contact our district registrar at (262) 363-6300.If you have questions related to your browser operation, please make sure your device is up to date with the latest operating system and browser settings & updates.

Please Note: During the registration process, the software will assign you an application number. This number is not indicative ofthe order in which applications will be processed since it includes student registrations forall grades and includes a number of test registrations that were processed during the development of the online portal.

Step 2 – Verification of residency and date of birth

Once your online registration application is submitted, bring the following documents with you to the Mukwonago Area Schools District Office if not previously uploaded within Infinite Campus:

  • Proof of Residency (one of the following required):

    • Current Tax Bill or Water Bill

    • Copy of Lease

    • Declaration of Residency Form(NOTE:If you live in the district but do not own or lease (e.g. live with parents), please contact Sue Brezovar (brezosu@masd.k12.wi.us) for more information.)

  • Child’s original birth certificate – federal law requires that information must be recorded from an original birth certificate so copies cannot be accepted;

  • Child(ren)’s immunization records

The registrar will assign you to your correct school after receiving registration information and supply information regarding theprocess for scheduling classes and arranging bus service. Students who transfer into the school district will be accepted at the grade level recommended by the school of previous enrollment unless another assignment is determined to be in the best interest of the child. Official school records from previously attended school districts will be requested by your new school.

Your Home School:

If you are interested in a school tour, please contact your school to schedule an appointment.If you are unsure about the school your child will attend, please review thedistrict mapwhich shows attendance boundaries. Once your enrollment is completed by the registrar, the school will contact you to set up a tour or make arrangements for your first day of school.Summer office hours vary. Because of vacation schedules, visitors are advised to call ahead before coming to school.

Infinite Campus parent portal & school fees:

After your registration is complete, you will receive an enrollment confirmation via email. This email will also include instructions on how to log in to your parent portal account to verify contact information,(when available) view teachers and schedules, and add money to your child’s lunch account. For assistance with logging in or gaining access to the parent portal, please contact the district office.

Health requirements:

Wisconsin law requires that parents provide updated records on their children’s immunizations including DTP, MMR and polio. The Hepatitis B (Hep B) and chicken pox (varicella) vaccines are required for all students pre-kindergarten through 12th grades.

Open Enrollment

FEBRUARY 5, 2024 - April 30, 2024 (DPI portal closes at 4 p.m.)

The Mukwonago Area School District accepts requests for open enrollment through the Department of Public Instruction each spring. Open enrollment is available to families residing outside of the Mukwonago Area School District and allows students to attend a public school in a district other than the one in which they reside.
