Being an asymmetrical four-vs-one game, Dead By Daylight has done a great job in bringing many licenses to their game. These include some big names like Silent Hill, Michael Myers, and Resident Evil. With the release of Chapter 25, two survivors and a killer from the Resident Evil franchise were added to the game.

Ada Wong was one of these survivors, and the community welcomed her with a lot of excitement as many people looked forward to surviving as the badass character. Her reputation and bold design quickly made her one of the most popular survivors in the game.

An Introduction To Ada Wong

Dead By Daylight: Ada Wong Best Builds And Play Guide (1)

Ada Wong is known for her skill in getting out of any situation. There was a time when she was almost sacrificed, but she escaped her fate yet again to survive another day.

Nobody knows her true motive, but she has a charismatic personality that can easily gravitate you toward her. Having a team leader personality, she makes sure all of her friends make it out of the dangerous situation safely.

This can be seen in the chapter trailer as she asks Rebecca Chambers and Meg Thomas to go forward as she deals with Albert Wesker by throwing a pallet on his head. Like every other survivor, Ada Wong also comes to the game with three teachable perks: Wiretap, Reactive Healing, and Low Profile.

Perk Synergies With Wiretap

Dead By Daylight: Ada Wong Best Builds And Play Guide (2)

Wiretap gets activated whenever you repair a generator for 33 percent of its progress, and it stays active until you use the perk. Whenever you repair a generator for three seconds, you can place the Wiretap on the generator, allowing every survivor to see the killer's aura within a 14-meter radius of the affected generator.

This perk is deactivated after 80 seconds or if the killer kicks the generator. At this point, you can repair a generator for the same progress again to activate the perk. Some perfect synergies with this perk are:

Repressed Alliance

As mentioned above, Wiretap gets removed if the killer kicks the generator, making it worth a lot less than it can be. With Repressed Alliance, you can block the generator for 30 seconds after repairing it for 45 seconds, making it impossible for the killer to remove Wiretap during this.

Blast Mine

This is another perk that functions similarly to Repressed Alliance, except it doesn't actually block the generator. After repairing for a total of 66 percent progress, you can use both Wiretap and Blast Mine on the generator.

If the killer tries to kick it, he has to go through a stun that wastes a bunch of time, allowing you to make your getaway.

Flashbang

You're going to be repairing a lot of generators when you're using Wiretap. While Flashbang doesn't directly synergize with it, you can have a bunch of these as you repair generators as well. This will allow you to get some Flashbang saves or simply lose the killer by blinding them at the right time.

Overzealous and Prove Thyself

Both of these perks allow you to repair generators faster. Since Wiretap is based on progression, you can also activate that perk faster with these.

Overzealous requires you to cleanse a totem, and you'll need to repair generators with one of your teammates to get the benefit from Prove Thyself.

Rookie Spirit

After succeeding in three skill checks on a generator, this perk allows you to see the auras of the regressing ones.

If these generators are close to being finished, there's a high chance the killer will return to check on them, allowing you to make use of Wiretap and get a lot of information.

Up The Ante would be the perfect combination with Wiretap because it would increase the radius for the killer's aura to be detected, but unfortunately, the developers specifically made it so these two perks cannot work together.

Perk Synergies With Reactive Healing

Dead By Daylight: Ada Wong Best Builds And Play Guide (3)

Whenever a survivor loses their health state within 32 meters of your radius, this perk instantly provides you 50 percent of your missing healing progression. While Sloppy Butcher can completely counter this perk, there are a lot of survivor perks that can synergize with it as well.

Resurgence

This perk is simple, and it gives you 50 percent of your healing progression whenever you get unhooked or unhook yourself. If a teammate loses their health state near you after you are unhooked, you can instantly get 75 percent of your total healing progress, which saves a lot of time.

Self-Healing Perks

There are a couple of perks in the game that allow you to heal yourself like Boon: Circle of Healing and Self-Care.

When you gain 50 percent healing progression with Reactive Healing, you're going to want to finish up your healing, and you can't always find teammates nearby. In these scenarios, self-healing perks can come to your rescue.

Botany Knowledge

This is more of a perk that synergizes with Reactive Healing when you're using a med-kit or one of the self-healing perks.

This perk makes it even faster for you to finish your healing, allowing you to save a lot of time that can turn the game in your favor.

Desperate Measures

There are a couple of guaranteed instances when you're using Reactive Healing. It's a guarantee that you will be injured while utilizing this perk and that one of your teammates will also lose their health state.

This allows you to already have two stacks of Desperate Measures, increasing your healing speed by at least 28 percent.

Solidarity

There might be situations where your Reactive Healing is activated, and then the killer leaves the survivor they injured to patrol the generators.

While you already have 50 percent progress from Ada's perk, you can get the other 50 percent by healing your teammate if you have Solidarity equipped.

Bite The Bullet

Reactive Healing requires you to stay quite close to the killer, and it can be dangerous if the killer has a good headset and hears you groaning or healing.

Bite the Bullet prevents that from happening by reducing all your noises to zero while you're healing with one of the self-healing perks.

Perk Synergies With Low Profile

Dead By Daylight: Ada Wong Best Builds And Play Guide (4)

Low Profile is a unique perk in the game as it activates when you're the only survivor standing. This means that all your teammates are either downed, hooked, or sacrificed. In this scenario, you lose your scratch marks, blood pools, and grunts for a whopping 90 seconds, making it significantly hard for the killer to track you.

It's a great perk to use if you're queuing solo since it makes you more independent, and with some other perks, it can actually be quite strong.

Sole Survivor

This is another similar perk that reduces the range killers can see your aura whenever a survivor is sacrificed.

It further increases your repair, exit gate, and hatch opening speeds. You can do all this while leaving no scratch marks, blood pools, or grunts when you have this perk combination.

Left Behind

You're going to be using Low Profile most of the time when you're the only survivor remaining in the trial.

Along with Left Behind, you can freely run around the map looking for the hatch, which increases your chances of finding it before the killer does.

Calm Spirit

This is a situational perk, but it can synergize extremely well with Low Profile in certain instances. For example, if you get into a locker to avoid the killer from seeing your aura, but they have Iron Maiden, this perk can prevent your locations from being revealed. Further, it is the perfect counter to The Doctor as well.

Deception

In scenarios where all your teammates are either downed or hooked, the killer wouldn't leave the area unless they know you're somewhere else.

This can be achieved with the use of Deception as you keep running without scratch marks. The killer will most likely check out the area, giving you time to wrap around and save your team.

Unbreakable

Sometimes, you might be downed before your teammates, but the killer might slug to ascertain his four kills.

You can use Unbreakable if the killer downs your teammate and completely disappear from their sight with the help of Low Profile.

Ada Wong's Lore-Based Build
