Sam Armacost presents about canoe trip, 6-7 p.m., Cloquet Public Library. Armacost will recount her 103-journey in a canoe on the Mississippi River.

The University of Minnesota Extension class teaches beginners how to grow microgreens (small, densely grown vegetable and herb seedlings).
