Dear All8 years ago Mount Evelyn Medical Clinic opened its doors at 9-11 Wray Crescent in Mount Evelyn. We have tried our best to put patients and the community we serve first and do all we can to ensure we provide quality health services. Over the years we have gradually expanded with another clinic in Lilydale in 2018. 2023 has been a busy yet memorable year for us as both Mt Evelyn Clinic & Lilydale Clinic have relocated to more spacious sites. All the staff have been working hard to ensure the move does not impact on patient care and the clinics can maintain accreditation which ensures we still continue to practice at high standards.It's now that time of year when we all start winding down, get into a celebratory & festive mode to spend time with family and friends.We would like to thank our patients who have been trusting us to provide medical care to you and your families. I would also like to thank my entire team of staff & Doctors who continue to work extra hard.2023 has been a hectic year as we are coming out of COVID19. Just to mention a few highlights for our clinics from the past 12 months:· 50000 Individual patient appointments· 8000+ hours spent on patient care· 2500kg+ of weight loss in our waist wise program· Participation in local PHN Quality improvement Programmes - Right Care Better Health· Participation in Research: STAREE Trial & Terracotta Trial (COPD). Mt Evelyn Clinic relocated to 31 wray Cres with prev premises now used for allied Health . Lilydale Clinic relocated to 104-108 Main street ( spacious with 21+ rooms and working towards making it a healthhub with plenty of new services in 2024 ). Branding: To keep both sites consistent we have worked on changing our branding to QHealth ( Quality Health ). The new branding will be visible in the next few months During the 2023-24 Festive Season, please check our opening hours.
